Kelly Tyler understands leadership, business, and adult learning: what works, what fails, and what wastes time. With that
knowledge, Kelly Tyler Training Services (KTTS) launched with a mission to "Bring out the Best in People." KTTS earned its first
client, a division of Bank of America, in 2002. In 2008 Fired Up! Publishing published Kelly's first book, Secrets of Seasoned
Professionals. Her second book, Put Your Whole Self In! Life and Leadership the Hokey Pokey Way, was published in 2010.
She has been serving companies as an employee and leadership development expert for more than 20 years.
Her primary areas of expertise include leadership and management development, along with professional
development. As an adjunct professor of leadership and management for the University of Missouri-Kansas City,
Kelly brings real-world expertise to business students.
Prior to forming a leadership development company in 2002, Kelly established the HR/Training function for a
Chicago-based advertising agency, serving as its Director of Quality of Life. It was the role of a lifetime, and it
prompted Kelly to want to serve that role for all organizations.
Kelly has worked in the advertising, publishing, and education industries holding positions ranging from
entry-level to executive. Working in operations, marketing, HR, account services, and public speaking gives
Kelly many experiences to share and enables her to relate to people in all departments at all levels.

If you like your speakers to be more fluff than stuff, do not hire Kelly Tyler.

As for the formalities...
Kelly earned an M.B.A. from Rockhurst University, Kansas City MO. She previously earned a B.A. from Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame IN,
where she earned a Varsity Letter in Track & Field. She holds the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification and is a certified
Kauffman FastTrac facilitator. You can expect to be engaged and participate in programs, as Kelly brings training from The Players Workshop
in Chicago (the same improv program several Saturday Night Live alum attended) into her sessions.
Kelly brings solid business experience, leadership, education, along with positive energy, to each client--and her clients can tell. She is more
than an entertaining speaker and author--she's also a smart business professional who makes her sessions worthwhile. Her clients can tell
that too. Clients enjoy Kelly's style because it is lively, not lecture; interactive, not intimidating; practical, not painful; and substantive, not
silly.
Your people will be engaged, energized and enthused about your event—and enthused with you, too.
