Tyler Training Services (KTTS) launched with a mission to "Bring out the Best in People." KTTS earned its first client, a division of Bank
of America, in 2002, and it only took Kelly five more years to write her first book, Secrets of Seasoned Professionals. Her second book,

position was as a supervisor in the Publishing Department, then she moved to Marketing working
on strategic plans for new products. She also had opportunities to work on the division's long-term
organization development and the launch of a relationship marketing division. Unique opportunities
within Sprint enabled Kelly to gain management, project management, training, marketing, and
organization development experience--all needed to be an entrepreneur.

an M.B.A. from Rockhurst University, Kansas City MO. She previously earned a B.A. from Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame IN, where
she earned a Varsity Letter in Track & Field. She never placed in the top three at a meet but always had even her competitors cheering her
on. You can expect to be engaged and participate in programs, as Kelly brings her training from the Josephine Forsberg's Players
Workshop in Chicago (the same program several Saturday Night Live alum attended) into her sessions.
