If you like your speakers to be more fluff than stuff, do not hire Kelly Tyler.

Kelly Tyler understands leadership, business, and adult learning: what works, what fails, and what wastes time. With that knowledge, Kelly Tyler
Training Services (KTTS) launched with a mission to "Bring out the Best in People." KTTS earned its first client, a division of Bank of
America, in 2002, and has served additional clients in the financial services, health care, manufacturing, advertising, automotive, greeting card,
and telecommunications industries since 2002. She has served government agencies, associations, universities, and non-profits as well.
Fired Up Publishing published Kelly's first book, Secrets of Seasoned Professionals and her second, Put Your Whole Self In! Life and
Leadership the Hokey Pokey Way, in 2010.
If you're looking for a leadership development expert who is an expert in participant-based adult
education, which is whole-brained and interactive, rather than left-brain lectures or right-brain fluff,
Kelly is ideal. Kelly, an award-winning speaker formerly with the American Management
Association, has trained and spoken internationally and in all fifty states.
"Kelly's ability to relate to the audience has had a positive impact on associates she's trained for my company, which made her training a pleasure."

"Kelly's 'positude' was so refreshing for me and for all of the audience, with her enthusiasm and winning personality affecting everyone in the room!
Before she talked, she welcomed everyone into the room, so she really knew her audience before saying a single word. Kelly's talk itself was both enriching and practical, giving everyone some kernel or thought to take home with them.
Kelly was one of the most dynamic, engaging and interactive speakers I have ever heard. She made everyone feel at home, while giving a solid, worthwhile presentation."

She has been serving companies as an employee and leadership development expert for more than 20
years. Her primary areas of expertise include leadership and management development, along with
professional development. As an adjunct professor of leadership and management for the
University of Missouri-Kansas City, Kelly brings real-world expertise to business students.
Prior to forming a leadership development company in 2002, Kelly established the HR/Training
function for a Chicago-based advertising agency, serving as its Director of Quality of Life. It was
the role of a lifetime, and it prompted Kelly to want to serve that role for all organizations.
As for the formalities...
Kelly holds an M.B.A.from Rockhurst University, Kansas City MO and a B.A.from Saint Mary's College,
Notre Dame IN, where she earned a Varsity Letter in Track & Field. Balancing her formal education with
something as challenging (and more interesting to most people), Kelly graduated from the Josephine
Forsberg's Players Workshop in Chicago (the same program several Saturday Night Live alum attended).
She also holds the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
As her clients can tell, Kelly is passionate about bringing out the best in people, especially those who need to
bring out the best in others. Her family can tell that too because she's the same with family as with clients.
She lives in Kansas City where each day is filled with family--including six nieces and nephews who make
her a terrific aunt--friends, clients, community activities, mentoring, researching, observing, writing,
learning, and doing the Hokey Pokey!
Kelly has worked in the advertising, publishing, and education industries holding positions ranging from
entry-level to executive. Working in operations, marketing, HR, account services, and public speaking gives
Kelly many experiences to share and enables her to relate to people in all departments at all levels.
Kelly brings solid business experience, leadership, education, along with positive energy, to each client--
and her clients can tell. She is more than an entertaining speaker and author--she's also a
smart business professional who makes her sessions worthwhile. Her clients can tell that too.
Clients enjoy Kelly's style because it is lively, not lecture; interactive, not intimidating;
practical, not painful; and substantive, not silly.
