High Performance Organizations
|
All-In high performance organizations have leaders who stimulate a high performance culture--or, an All In culture.
Culture is defined as the values, mindsets, and behaviors that constitute an environment conducive to success.
(SOURCE: Harvard Business Review) The environment most conducive to success is different in 2011 than it was in 2005. Most
organizations are different too. Many have eliminated positions and slashed budgets, and they are trying to do
business differently in this post-recession economy. Being able to do business differently means they are creating
cultures that have adapted to today's competitive marketplace.
Kelly Tyler helps organizations create high performance cultures using the proprietary Culture Shift Process (TM)
(CSP). CSP(TM) helps when a culture shift of 40 to 90 degrees would be more helpful than a culture change of
180-degrees. If you are doing many of the right things already, and simply need a shift, rather than a full-blown
culture chage, then CSP(TM) can help.

Upon completion of the CSP(TM), clients receive the
management report which includes facts, insights, and
recommendations to help them answer the following
questions:
- How does the culture here affect employee
productivity and organization profit?
- Are my people ready to achieve the Objectives going
forward or are they stuck in the past?
- What are the roadblocks to creating an environment
conducive to success in this organization?
- How can we overcome the roadblocks without
sabotaging the new culture?
- How can we prepare our people to thrive in the new
culture?
- How can we gain buy-in from our people?
- What can Management do to sustain the excitement
generated by the initial All-In culture?
If answers to these questions would help you make decisions
to create a high performance culture, please contact Kelly
to arrange the CSP(TM) for your organization.
