who drive organization performance.
When organizations want to obtain more than merely acceptable goals, they rely on Kelly to develop leaders who go beyond "good enough."
Leadership development is more critical than ever. This is not the time for the meek. This is not the time for stuffy leaders. This is the time for
smart, savvy leaders who inform, inspire, and influence others. This is the time to prepare leaders who drive organization performance now and
will do so in the future.
Kelly develops such leaders through High-Performance Project Mentorship (HPPM) and Perform Like a Champion (PLAC),
which merge project management with leadership development, a cutting-edge model created by Kelly Tyler. She created
the model to adapt to clients' current needs during the current economic situation. Through HPPM, Kelly mentors clients'
internal teams, providing a leadership perspective and development along the way. The mentorship continues throughout
the project, and development can continue beyond it. PLAC is a three-day leadership course, which includes a project for
a group which may not be on a team together.
Kelly also develops leaders as a conference keynote or general session speaker. C.P.R. for Today's Workplace:
Confidence! Purpose! Resilience! is a refreshing session people crave right now. Check out the Keynotes page for
more information and to see a brief video of it.
Exceptional development distinguishes leaders and organizations. Kelly's clients gain a competitive edge by working directly
with the subject matter expert who has studied leadership, management, and adult learning for more than 20 years--and lived it.
Kelly practices what she preaches, and her clients can tell. Kelly brings solid business experience, leadership, education
(including an MBA and SPHR), along with positive energy, to each client. She is more than an entertaining speaker and author--
she's also a smart business professional who makes training time worthwhile.
You can rely on Kelly when you need high-caliber leadership development. Rely on Kelly when you need your development
consultant to understand your organization goals. Rely on Kelly to help your leaders link your business objectives with your
people.

High-
Performance
Project
Mentorship
High-Performance Project Mentorship (HPPM) is a way to augment your internal team with leadership skill
development when it matters -- and when it will resonate. The focused attention and the HPPM approach to critical
thinking prepares your personnel to drive the project forward. Then, individual follow-up gives timely feedback on leadership
skills based on KTTS observations of your people in the real world--not a classroom.
If your company motto is "acceptable is good enough", do not hire Kelly Tyler.

Kelly tweets throughout the day. Her tweets are random thoughts from the day,
rather than updates of her every move. For a sassy, humorous view of the work world, take a look.
By the way, to "take a look", create an account (free!) then enter "Kelly Tyler" in the "Find People" area. You do not have to
post anything to follow people there, nor do you seek permission to follow people. In fact, if you prefer, you can block
yourself so others cannot follow you expecting posts. Posts are similar to the "status updates" on Linked In and Facebook.
Usage of Twitter is evolving. For example, you could create a group there and use it during meetings to take surveys.
Look for experts you respect, newscasters you enjoy, hobbies you like to know about--it's all there. You can see who Kelly
follows to get some ideas. Once you select who you want to follow, the tweets just keep coming. It's interesting if you follow
interesting people. Give it a shot.
